Welcome to Sup, a service operated under the Delights.pro brand by Dreamvalidator OÜ ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service govern your use of the Sup website and automated infrastructure pinging service.

1. Service Description

Sup is an automated heartbeat delivery engine designed to prevent free-tier cloud infrastructure (such as Vercel, Render, or Supabase) from hibernating due to inactivity. We provide a limited free tier allowing users to automatically request HTTP endpoints at periodic intervals.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use this service exclusively for maintaining the uptime of services you legally own or operate. You shall not use Sup to perform Denial of Service (DoS) attacks, spam endpoints, or execute any malicious networking activities against properties you do not possess express permission to ping.

3. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Sup application, including its infrastructure, the Delights.pro brand, and related intellectual property, remain exclusively with Dreamvalidator OÜ.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Sup is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for 99.99% autonomous uptime, Dreamvalidator OÜ makes no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding continuous availability. We are not liable for any cold starts, data loss, or server hibernations that occur if our ping engine fails to prevent cloud provider scale-to-zero enforcement.
